Common use of Other Constituents Clause in Contracts

Other Constituents. All Customer Gas delivered hereunder shall be commercially free from well treating chemicals, liquid water, dirt, dust, crude oil, gums, iron particles, arsenic, mercury, selenium, radon, antimony and other impurities or noncombustible gases, in each case, which, individually or in the aggregate, would adversely affect the utilization of such Customer Gas. TERMS IN THIS EXHIBIT HAVE BEEN REDACTED BECAUSE CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT FOR THOSE TERMS HAS BEEN REQUESTED.
