Common use of Other Contractual Relationships Between The Parties Clause in Contracts

Other Contractual Relationships Between The Parties. The Parties acknowledge they have or may have in the future other contractual relationships between them. It is both Parties’ intention to keep separate the different contractual relationships between the Parties. Accordingly, except as expressly provided herein, the matters regulated in this Agreement shall in no way be affected by any term or condition other than those set forth in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing or any other provision herein to the contrary, in no event will any costs or expenses of Provider that are paid to Provider by Recipient hereunder be recovered or recoverable by Provider from Recipient or any of its Affiliates under any other agreement.
