Other Courts Clause Samples

The "Other Courts" clause defines how legal proceedings related to the contract may be handled in courts outside the primary jurisdiction specified in the agreement. Typically, this clause clarifies whether parties can bring claims or enforce judgments in courts other than the one originally designated, such as in a different state or country where assets or parties are located. Its core function is to address jurisdictional flexibility, ensuring that legal rights can be pursued or enforced in multiple venues if necessary, thereby reducing the risk of enforcement issues or jurisdictional disputes.
