Court travel time. The following schedule shall be utilized as work time when in an off-duty status authorized for court travel time:

Court travel time. Employees who are subpoenaed to and appear in a court outside the local area (the local area being defined as Pomona and Rancho Cucamonga) during off duty hours will be paid at a straight time rate for travel time. The travel time is to be calculated from the Chino Police Department to the court and return.
Court travel time. Unit employees shall be allowed travel time to court as set forth in this article in addition to the amount of time actually spent in the court appearance, except in cases where the four (4) hour minimum rule applies. In the event the unit employee’s combined time spent in court and travel time exceeds four (4) hours, they shall be compensated for the actual time spent in court and travel time as authorized by this article.
Court travel time. An off-duty employee required to attend or appear at any court proceeding, meeting, hearing, or any other activity of any of the governmental entities listed in Section 1 of this Article, located fifteen (15) or more miles from the City of Cambridge, shall be entitled to two (2) hours of overtime compensation as travel time. Such employee shall also be entitled to a mileage reimbursement of thirty ($.30) cents per mile for any such travel, unless provided with a City vehicle. Mileage shall be determined by the average distance to and from any such location and Cambridge Police Headquarters.
