Other Covenants of Synergy. In addition to its other obligations, commitments and undertakings set out in this Agreement, Synergy agrees to: assume the reasonable costs of intellectual property filings, procurement and maintenance for all intellectual property applications and registrations associated with the Licensed Products in the Territory; and assume all marketing, sales and distribution expenses related to the commercialization of the Licensed Products in the Territory.
