Common use of Other Coverage Clause in Contracts

Other Coverage. Any other coverage (e.g., life insurance) which is permitted by the carrier to be maintained during FMLA Leave is the responsibility of the employee (except as otherwise provided in this agreement or to the extent that the FMLA Leave is covered by paid leave), and the employee shall either make arrangements for payment during the leave or shall reimburse the employer by payroll deduction at the conclusion of the leave.
