FLOOR COVERING. Lessee shall not lay linoleum or other similar floor covering so that the same shall come in direct contact with the floor of the Premises. If linoleum or other similar floor covering is desired to be used, an interlining of builder's deadening felt shall first be fixed to the floor by a paste or other material that may easily be removed with water, the use of cement or other similar adhesive material being expressly prohibited.

FLOOR COVERING. No Tenant shall lay linoleum, tile, carpet or other similar floor coverings so that the same shall be affixed to the floor or the Premises in any manner except as approved by the Landlord. The expense of repairing any damage resulting from a violation of this rule or removal of any floor covering shall be borne by the Tenant by whom, or by whose contractors, agents, sublessees, licensees, employees or invitees, the floor covering shall have been laid.
FLOOR COVERING. The Convention Center’s Exhibit Hall floors are a concrete surface. All Exhibit Space must have floor covering, with no cement showing. Floor covering may be supplied by Exhibitor, rented from the Conference decorator (GES), or supplied by an Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor.

FLOOR COVERING. All vehicles shall have a floor covering (carpet, tarp, wood, cardboard etc.) to avoid oil or other fluid damage caused by the vehicle. A $50 clean-up fee will be charged for any floor damage caused by fluid leaks from lessee’s vehicle.

Handwork stubborn stains and scuff marks as needed. 3.1.4.4 Unpolished Granite: Dry mop or vacuum and spot clean. 3.1.4.5 VCT Tile: Sweep and mop removing all stains with disinfectant detergent. 3.1.4.6 Spots and gum on all floor coverings shall be performed so that no spot shall remain untreated in excess of one working day. 3.1.4.7 Floor molding will be maintained in a dust free condition. 3.1.4.8 Clean inside and outside door mats of dirt and debris. 3.1.4.9 Sweep and clean entrance thresholds removing all debris and trash.
FLOOR COVERING. The Landlord and Tenant will jointly coordinate floor transitions at all entrances. The Tenant's floor finishes will be applied directly to the slab provided.
