Other Department Contractors. The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the Department shall not be responsible for or liable to the Contractor or its subcontractor(s) for any damages that may be suffered by the Contractor as a result of any act or omission of any other contractor of the Department. The Department will subrogate its right to pursue an action against the third party contractor to the Contractor so that the Contractor may pursue a remedy from the third parry contractor whose act or omission harmed the Contractor or its subcontractors.
