Other Directory Services. 75.4.1. Embarq will exercise reasonable efforts to cause its directory publisher to enter into a separate agreement with CLEC which will address other directory services desired by CLEC as described in this Section 75.4. Both parties acknowledge that Embarq’s directory publisher is not a party to this Agreement and that the provisions contained in this Section 75.4 are not binding upon Embarq’s directory publisher. 75.4.2. Other Directory Services. 75.4.1. Embarq will exercise reasonable efforts to cause its directory publisher to enter The Parties acknowledge and agree that, as of the Effective Date, CLEC has entered into a separate agreement with CLEC which will address other CenturyLink’s directory publisher that addresses the directory services desired by CLEC as described in Sections 75.4.1 through 75.4.6. CLEC acknowledges that, after the Directory Service Termination Date, this Agreement does not provide any provisions for CLEC to order CenturyLink’s directory listing services and CLEC will not order any such directory listing services unless and until the Parties have executed a written amendment to this Agreement setting forth terms and conditions governing such services. 75.4.1. Both parties acknowledge that EmbarqEmbarq ILEC’s directory publisher is not a party to this Agreement and that the provisions contained in this Section 75.4 are not binding upon EmbarqEmbarq ILEC’s directory publisher. 75.4.275.4.1. Embarq ILEC’s directory publisher will request that its publisher make available to negotiate with CLEC concerning the provision of a basic Yellow Pages listing to CLEC customers located within the geographic scope of publisher’s Yellow Pages directories and distribution of Yellow Pages directories to CLEC customers. 75.4.375.4.2. Embarq Directory advertising will request that its publisher make directory advertising available be offered to CLEC customers on a nondiscriminatory basis and subject to the same terms and conditions that such advertising is offered to Embarq ILEC and other CLEC customers. Directory advertising will be billed to CLEC customers by directory publisher. 75.4.475.4.3. Embarq Directory publisher will request that its publisher use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that directory advertising purchased by customers who switch their service to CLEC is maintained without interruption. 75.4.575.4.4. Embarq will request that its publisher make available information Information pages, in addition to any information page or portion of an information page containing critical contact information as described above in Section 75.3.10 75.3.9 may be purchased from Embarq ILEC’s directory publisher, subject to applicable directory publisher guidelines, criteria, and regulatory requirements. 75.4.675.4.5. The directory Directory publisher shall maintain maintains full authority as publisher over its publishing policies, standards and practices, including decisions regarding directory coverage area, directory issue period, compilation, headings, covers, design, content or format of directories, and directory advertising sales.
