Common use of Other Eligibles Clause in Contracts

Other Eligibles. Employees of the Trust Fund, employees of the Motion Picture Industry Pension Plan, employees of the participating Unions and employees of the Associations representing participating Employers who meet the same standards of number of hours worked and for whom Contributions to the Plan are similarly made, shall be and become eligible for the same periods and upon the same conditions as other Employees. Employees designated to become eligible in accordance with the provisions of Section 2 of Article I and Section 10 of Article V hereof, shall, subject to the express provisions and limitations of said sections, be and become eligible for the same periods and upon the same conditions as other Employees.
