Common use of Other Employee Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, and to receive vacation and perquisites at the same level as other senior executives of the Company.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be eligible entitled to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, practices, policies and programs generally applicable to receive vacation and perquisites at the same level as other senior executives of the CompanyCompany (including retirement, health and welfare and vacation benefits).
