Other Employment Agreements and Plans No Longer of Legal Significance. Subject to the terms contained herein and references integrating specific enumerated provisions of Executive’s December 16, 2010 Employment Agreement, this Agreement supersedes any and all rights that Executive might have under any bonus plan, benefit plan or other compensation arising out of his employment with Company. Such documents shall have no legal significance except as may bear on informing how a specific calculation might be determined for a benefit otherwise established by this Agreement. Any inconsistency between this Agreement and any other document shall be resolved in favor of this Agreement.
