Common use of Other Engagements Clause in Contracts

Other Engagements. Any of the Designated Agents, their officers, directors or employees may become the owner of, or acquire any interest in, Notes with the same rights that it or he would have if the Designated Agent concerned were not appointed under this Supplemental Indenture, and may engage or be interested in any financial or other transaction with the Company or the Trustee, and may act on, or as depositary, trustee or agent for, any committee or body of holders of Notes or other obligations of the Company as freely as if the Designated Agent were not appointed under this Supplemental Indenture.
