Common use of Other Entities Clause in Contracts

Other Entities. If Provider is a corporation, professional association, partnership, or other entity ILS Community Network may in its sole discretion exclude any officer or employee of such corporation, association or partnership from providing services under this Agreement. Such exclusion shall not be construed as a termination of this Agreement.
