Common use of Other Executive Benefits Clause in Contracts

Other Executive Benefits. Without limiting the foregoing provisions of this Section 4, during the Employment Period the Executive shall be entitled to participate in or be covered under all compensation, pension, retirement and welfare and fringe benefit plans, programs and policies of the Company applicable to executives of the Company generally, provided, however, that he shall not be entitled to participate in any bonus plan or stock option plan except in the sole discretion of the Board.
