Common use of Other Federal Requirements Clause in Contracts

Other Federal Requirements. The Borrower shall carry out its responsibilities hereunder in compliance with all federal laws and regulations described in 24 CFR Part 570 including Subpart K as detailed in the attached Exhibits, except for the City’s responsibilities for environmental review in 24 CFR Section 570.604 and the intergovernmental review process in 24 CFR Section 570.612. Borrower further agrees to comply with the Department of Housing and Urban Development regulations as set forth in Exhibit 5 and in 24 CFR 570.611.

Other Federal Requirements. The Borrower shall carry out its responsibilities hereunder in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and laws, particularly those regulations described in 24 CFR Part 570 92 including Subpart K H as detailed in the attached Exhibits, except for the City’s responsibilities for environmental review in 24 CFR Section 570.604 92.352 and the intergovernmental review process in 24 CFR Section 570.612. Borrower further agrees to comply with the Department of Housing and Urban Development regulations as set forth in Exhibit 5 and in 24 CFR 570.61192.357.
