CHANGES IN HOUSEHOLD COMPOSITION. 1. New household members may be added to the resident’s Lease if the new family member has been added as the result of birth, marriage, reconciliation with a spouse, legal adoption, placement of xxxxxx children, or award of custody to or by a member of the current household. If a minor child of a household member not already listed on the Lease begins to reside there, the Resident must furnish a Birth Certificate, Social Security card and any proof of income within twenty (20) days to the office.

This Exhibit is intended to confirm Xxxxxxx’s environmental review compliance and obligations for the term of this Agreement. Environmental review(s) pertaining to this Agreement were sent as a separate attachment titled Organization Name ER Project Type (“Attachment”). The Attachment is incorporated into this Exhibit and Agreement as if restated in full. The Agreement between City of Albany (“Grantee”) and the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (“DCA”) funds one or more of the following project types: ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW TYPES BY PROGRAM ESG *Rapid Re-Housing *Homelessness Prevention *Hotel / Motel Vouchers *Street Outreach *Supportive Services *HMIS **Emergency Shelter HOPWA *Tenant-Based Rental Assistance *Short-Term Rental, Mortgage and Utility Assistance *Housing Information and Referral Services *Supportive Services (including Case Management) *Resource Identification *Permanent Housing Placement *Administration **Facility-Based Housing PSH *Support Services *Harm Reduction *Grantee’s activities listed above are required to have an Exempt/Categorically Excluded Not Subject to 58.5 environmental review. The attached environmental review(s) cover(s) Grantee’s activities, EXCLUDING activities in counties with Coastal Barrier Resources System areas. Grantee does not need to request additional environmental reviews for these activities unless the activity is located in a Coastal County. **Grantee’s Emergency shelter or Facility-Based Housing activities undertaken as part of the indicated projects require a more restricted environmental review for each project location (Categorically Excluded Subject to 58.5) if the project receives funds to lease a building for HOPWA and/or ESG, or uses match funds for leasing a building (ESG). If funds are not used to lease a building, the project will only require the Exempt/Categorically Excluded Not Subject to 58.5 environmental review. CHANGES IN HOUSEHOLD COMPOSITION. When a change in household composition occurs, it is the responsibility of the Resident to report all changes IMMEDIATELY and provide appropriate documentation. In the case of the removal of an income-producing household member, the HAP will require at least two documents verifying the new address or other evidence deemed acceptable to the HA, such as, utility bills; driver’s license; automobile registration; voter registration; employer’s verification; or a lease / rent receipt. In addition, when joint leaseholder dissolves a family relationship, the remaining family member must provide legal documents or other court papers indicating that a family member has left the household. Acceptable documentation is a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, a Petition for an Order for Protection, or a Petition for Legal Separation, or other acceptable documentation.
CHANGES IN HOUSEHOLD COMPOSITION. Changes in the size of an existing household after an initial tenant income certification must be addressed. The addition of new member(s) to an existing low-income household requires the income certification for the new member of the household, including third party verification. The treatment will depend on whether the building is a mixed-income or a 100% LIHTC building. Mixed-Income Developments For mixed-income developments, the new tenant’s income is added to the income disclosed on the existing household’s most recent tenant income certification. The household will continue to be income-qualified, and the income of the new member is taken into consideration with the income of the existing household for purposes of the Available Unit Rule under IRS 42 (g)(2)(d).

  • Changes in the Work The Department may order changes in the work, the Contract Amount being adjusted accordingly. Any monetary adjustment or any substantive change in the work shall be in the form of an amendment, signed by both parties and approved by the State Purchases Review Committee. Said amendment must be effective prior to execution of the work.

  • CHANGES IN SCOPE Any changes in the scope of the Services to be performed under this Contract shall be in the form of a written amendment to this Contract, mutually agreed to and signed by both parties, specifying any such changes, fee adjustments, any adjustment in time of performance, or any other significant factors arising from the changes in the scope of Services.

  • Changes in Work A. Work Previously Submitted as Satisfactory. If the Engineer has submitted work in accordance with the terms of this contract but the State requests changes to the completed work or parts thereof which involve changes to the original scope of services or character of work under the contract, the Engineer shall make such revisions as requested and as directed by the State. This will be considered as additional work and paid for as specified under Article 4, Additional Work.

  • Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurements of Materials and Equipment In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the Engineer for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurements of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the Engineer of the Engineer's obligations under this contract and the Regulations relative to nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
