Common use of Other Governmental Permits Clause in Contracts

Other Governmental Permits. The Developer shall apply in a timely manner for such other permits, approvals, grants, agreements and other entitlements (“Other Governmental Permits”) as may be required by other agencies having jurisdiction over, or in connection with the development of, or provision of services to, the Project and Project Site. The City shall cooperate with the Developer relative to such entitlements.

Other Governmental Permits. The Developer shall apply in a timely manner for such other permits, approvals, grants, agreements permits and other entitlements (“Other Governmental Permits”) approvals as may be required by City and other governmental or quasi- governmental agencies having jurisdiction over, or in connection with over the Project as may be required for the development of, or provision of services to, the Project Project. Developer will be responsible for obtaining such other permits and Project Site. The City shall cooperate with the Developer relative to such entitlementsapprovals and payment of all costs and expenses that may be incurred in connection therewith.

The City shall cooperate with the Developer relative in its efforts to obtain such entitlementspermits and approvals, provided that such cooperation complies with Section 4. B of this Agreement. However, the City shall not be required by this Agreement to join or become a party to any manner of litigation or administrative proceeding instituted to obtain a permit or approval from, or otherwise involving any other governmental or quasi-governmental agency.
