Other Information Furnished. The Transfer Agent will furnish to the Trust and the Distributor such other information, including shareholder lists and statistical information as may be agreed upon from time to time between the Transfer Agent and the Trust. The Transfer Agent shall notify the Trust of any request or demand to inspect the share records books of the Trust and will act upon the instructions of the Trust as to permitting or refusing such inspection.
