Common use of OTHER INVESTMENT ACCOUNTS Clause in Contracts

OTHER INVESTMENT ACCOUNTS. The Client understands that Xxxxxxx serves as investment adviser for other clients and may continue to do so. The Client also understands that Xxxxxxx and its Affiliated Persons may give advice to or take actions for other clients, or for their own accounts, that may differ from the advice given to or actions taken for the Client. Xxxxxxx is not obligated to buy, sell or recommend for the Client any security or other investment that Xxxxxxx or its Affiliated Persons may buy, sell or recommend for any other client or for their own accounts. This Agreement does not limit or restrict in any way Xxxxxxx or any of its Affiliated Persons from buying, selling or trading in any securities or other investments for their own accounts.

OTHER INVESTMENT ACCOUNTS. The Client understands and accepts that Xxxxxxx serves as Xxxxx is an investment adviser advisor for other clients and may continue to do so. The Client also understands and accepts that Xxxxxxx Zunic, its personnel, and its affiliates (“Affiliated Persons Persons”) may give advice to or take actions for action in performing their duties to other clients, clients or for their own accounts, accounts that may differ from the advice given to or actions action taken for the Client. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx is not obligated to buy, sell sell, or recommend for the Client any security or other investment that Xxxxxxx Xxxxx or its Affiliated Persons may buy, sell sell, or recommend for any other client client, or for their own accounts. This Subject to Xxxxx’x fiduciary obligation to Client, this Agreement does not limit or restrict in any way Xxxxxxx Xxxxx or any of its Affiliated Persons from buying, selling selling, or trading in any securities or other investments for their own accounts.
