Other Joint SAV Programs. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties or otherwise explicitly set forth in the applicable POC Plan, for any given Joint SAV Program (other than the KRAS Program), (i) Moderna shall be solely responsible for performing and conducting the activities assigned to Moderna for such Joint SAV Program in accordance with the applicable POC Plan (including (A) [***]), and (ii) Merck shall be solely responsible for performing and conducting the activities assigned to Merck for such Joint SAV Program in accordance with the applicable POC Plan, including [***].
