Other Manager Personnel. Manager shall select, hire, train, supervise, monitor and terminate all non-Provider personnel necessary for the operation and management of the Practice; provided, however, with respect to the selection, hiring and termination of non-Provider clinical staff, Manager shall obtain the consent of the Group, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.
