Common use of Other NDA’s Clause in Contracts

Other NDA’s. During the business relationship between Supplier and Tesla one or more NDA’s may be, or may have been, entered into. In the event of an apparent conflict between or among provision(s) of this Agreement and any NDA, such provisions shall be read in a mutually consistent way, or if no such reading is reasonably possible, the provision(s) that are most protective of Confidential Information shall take precedence over conflicting or less protective provision(s).
