Common use of Other Paid and Unpaid Leave Clause in Contracts

Other Paid and Unpaid Leave. In each school year of the 245 contracted days, the Superintendent shall be granted any paid and/or unpaid leave that is required by state or federal law. The Superintendent shall also be granted any paid and/or unpaid leave that is authorized by the Board’s policies then in force for its administrative employees in the Statement of Benefits, including the Board’s recognized legal holidays each school year.
