Other Payments or Benefits Owing. The payments and benefits set forth in this Section 4 shall be in addition to any payments or benefits owing to Executive pursuant to a severance agreement. Executive shall not be eligible for any other payments, including but not limited to additional Base Salary payments, bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation or benefits, except as may otherwise be set forth in this Agreement, other agreements between the Company and Executive, including severance agreements, or in Company plan documents with respect to plans in which Executive is a participant.
