In respect of the processing of Personal Data other than ChondroCelect Personal Data in the framework of or in connection with this Agreement, each of the Parties shall, as Data Controller, comply with applicable data protection (privacy) laws and regulations, including but not limited to national legislation and regulation implementing Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament [***] Certain information has been omitted and filed separately with the Commission. Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to omitted portions. and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
