Other Personnel. The Adviser shall furnish to the Trust, at the Trust’s expense, any other personnel necessary for the operations of the Trust. The Adviser shall not, however, furnish to the Trust personnel for the performance of functions (a) related to and to be performed under the Trust contract for custodial, bookkeeping, transfer and dividend disbursing agency services by the bank or other financial institution selected to perform such services and (b) related to the investment subadvisory services to be provided by any Subadviser pursuant to a Subadvisory Agreement.
Other Personnel. (a) The employing organisation is to follow all necessary requirements when employing personnel other than the Fellow.
(b) Conditions of employment for personnel must be those of the employing organisation.
(c) The on-costs provisions beyond Our contribution of 30% remain the responsibility of You or the employing organisation. For example, extended periods of leave and severance pay must not be provided from Grant Funds.
Other Personnel a. Apprenticeship Program Instructors are journey-level workers employed as instructors by trade unions to render instruction to indentured apprentices in trades, such as electricians, cement masons, carpenters, etc.
b. Clinical Experience Providers are members of the health care professions who supervise college students in paraprofessional health fields in hospitals, dental offices, and other clinical settings.
c. Internships/Work Experience Providers are employers in the community who supervise occupational training activities at their work sites.
d. Professional Specialists are employed on a temporary basis for a specific project. Professional Specialists are hired for their specialized knowledge or expertise not generally required of, or found within, the employee classifications established by the Governing Board pursuant to California Education Code 88001.
e. Consultants are individuals or companies hired to provide specialized expertise during a specified period of time, pursuant to Federal and State tax codes.
f. Independent Contractors are companies or individuals hired to render specific services, pursuant to Federal and State tax codes.

The Adviser shall not, however, furnish to the Trust personnel for the performance of functions (a) related to and to be performed under any other separate contract from time to time in effect between the Trust, as to a Fund, and the Adviser or another party for legal, accounting, administrative and any other non-investment related services, bookkeeping, transfer and dividend disbursing agency services by the bank or other financial institution selected to perform such services and (b) related to the investment subadvisory services to be provided by any Subadviser pursuant to a Subadvisory Agreement.
Other Personnel. For every event that involves the operation of the computer/scoreboard of the Event Space, the MSDPT shall furnish, at the expense of the Lessee, a technical operations director (hereinafter referred to as the Technical Operations Director) or his/her designee to supervise the overall operation of the computer/scoreboard at the Event Space. In addition to the foregoing, the MSDPT may, but is in no way obligated to, agree to provide the Lessee with other personnel to assist in the operation of the event if requested by the Lessee at hourly rates set forth in the Pre-Event Invoice.
Other Personnel. .1 The Property Manager, as a part of Operations, shall provide a full time Site Maintenance Person on the Property during normal working hours. The Site Maintenance Person shall not be the Building Operator [or the Certified Employee].
.2 The Property Manager shall ensure that a fully trained backup Site Maintenance Person shall be available to cover for the Site Maintenance Person in their absence.
.3 The Site Maintenance Person’s duties shall include, but not be limited to, carrying out minor maintenance, repairs and operational Work as required.
.4 The Property Manager shall provide a full time administration person on the Property during normal working hours.
.5 The duties of the administration person shall include, but not be limited to, receiving and administering User requests and reception.
Other Personnel. The Adviser will furnish to the Fund, at the Fund's --------------- expense, any other personnel necessary for the operations of the Fund.
Other Personnel. The ECHO Board of Directors’ shall employ such personnel as may be necessary to implement its stated purpose and mission. Such personnel shall be responsible to the Executive Director. The Administrative District shall approve the employment, discipline, dismissal, and salaries and wages of personnel solely in its capacity as fiscal and legal agent for ECHO, and no person employed for ECHO and its programs shall be deemed an employee of the Administrative District for any purpose.
