OTHER PERSONNEL PLACEMENTS. The Superintendent has the authority to move an employee in extenuating circumstances (professional and/or ethical concerns) at any time. When this occurs, the Superintendent or designee will always meet with the staff member, and their representative if requested, sending building administrator, and/or receiving building administrator to discuss the movement before action is taken.
