OTHER POSITIONS WITH EMPLOYER OR SUBSIDIARIES. Upon the termination of Executive's employment with Employer, Executive will, upon request, resign from any position he then holds as an officer or director of Employer or any subsidiary of Employer. If Executive fails to do so within three days of such request, Executive agrees that the Board of Directors of the Employer or any such subsidiary, as applicable, shall have good cause to remove him from any and all such positions.
