The following products and services are authorized under the conditions stated below: • Maintenance Agreement or Maintenance Service Level Agreement – as set forth in the Master Agreement with options determined by the individual UGU. • Service Level Agreements – as set forth in the Master Agreement with options determined by the individual UGU. • Preventative Maintenance – as set forth in the Master Agreement with options determined by the individual UGU. • End-User Training – as set forth in the Master Agreement with options determined by the individual UGU. • Consumable Supplies, except when available under existing State Term Contracts, i.e. toner and paper. • Software Products that are Contractor Branded Software and/or Third Party Software included in the published pricing under this Contract with license agreements negotiated and incorporated under the Master Agreement. • Accessories for Discontinued Base Units. The following products and services are not authorized: • Managed Print Services • Third Party Software not priced under this contract or negotiated and incorporated under the Master Agreement. • Remanufactured/Refurbished Equipment • Open Market Items - Not Specifically Priced (NSP) Items • Showroom Equipment • Emerging Technologies • Equipment Trade-Ins The State of South Carolina reserves the right to add, delete or change Other Product Offerings, by a mutually agreed upon Change Order to this Participating Addendum.
