Other Prohibited Purposes. Participant or Participant Users may not access or use the Data or any Confidential Information of another party received via CRISP Services to compare patient volumes, practice patterns, or make any other comparison, unless Participant enters into a separate data sharing agreement with the other Participant that is the source of the Data or Confidential Information.
