Other Provisions Relating to the Procedure. A. No reprisal of any kind shall be taken by or against any participant in the grievance procedure by reason of such participation. B. All documents, communications, and records dealing with the processing of a grievance shall be filed separately from the personnel file of the participant(s) and are not valid basis for evaluations. C. The fees and expenses of the arbitrator shall be shared equally by the Board and the Association, including the original costs of the transcript of the proceedings for use by the arbitrator. All other expenses, incurred in the grievance or arbitration process, shall be borne by the party incurring them, and neither party shall be responsible for the expense of witnesses called by the other.
