Other Remuneration. This Agreement shall not preclude or limit the Company from paying, or the Optionee from accepting, compensation or other remuneration for any work or services performed by the Optionee for the Company.

Other Remuneration. Upon pre-approval by the Superintendent, additional remuneration may be added in the following fiscal year to a teacher's salary for one or both of the following:
A. Successfully completing an educational research project of specific value to either District 27 and/or the total educational community; said research being approved by the Superintendent.
X. Publication of a scholarly writing in the field of general education or in the teacher's specialization. Application for project approval must be made in writing by the teacher to the Superintendent via the District Research Project Form.
Other Remuneration. Executive shall be entitled to such other remuneration as the Board of Directors of the Company may hereafter from time-to-time approve for payment to Executive.
Other Remuneration. In the event that the Supplier incurs extra work or additio- nal costs due to circumstances for which the Customer is responsible, the Customer shall remunerate the Supplier for such extra work and additional costs in accordance with the Supplier's current price list.
Other Remuneration. In the conduct of the Company’s business, no bribes, kickbacks or similar remuneration or consideration of any kind are to be given or offered to any individual or organization for any reason whatsoever.
Other Remuneration. B-7.1 Specify if any other remuneration (e.g., accommodations, transportation) for the Locum Physician has been agreed upon in section B-8.0.

Other Remuneration. At the Company's December 1997 Compensation Advisory Committee meeting, the Company accelerated the vesting of options under Xx. XxXxxxx'x December 15, 1995 Incentive Stock Option Grant (copy attached) by amending the vesting schedule in paragraph 2 thereof to read as follows: Cumulative Percentage of Option Shares Exercise Date Exercisable First Anniversary of Grant Date 20% Second Anniversary of Grant Date 60% January 1, 1998 100% In consideration of the foregoing acceleration, Xx. XxXxxxx agrees to the foregoing amendment and to waive his right to exercise any vested option more than three months after January 2, 1998, his last day of employment with the Company.
Other Remuneration. During the Term, the Chairman shall be provided with (a) health insurance benefits consistent with Section 5(e)(iv) of the Employment Agreement and (b) annual dues for the three current club memberships and automobile perquisites (car and driver) consistent with Section 5(e)(v) of the Employment Agreement.
