Personal Vehicle Usage. Any faculty member who is required to use her/his own personal vehicle for a work-related purpose will be reimbursed in accordance with College policy and State requirements.

Personal Vehicle Usage. Hydro One agrees to maintain its current practice concerning personal vehicle usage for the term of collective agreement for its direct hire workforce. All outstanding apprenticeship and trades training related to proposals raised by the parties in the 2010 round of negotiations shall be deferred to a joint subcommittee of equal representation of the parties. Where there is agreement between the members of the joint subcommittee to make recommendations to amend the collective agreement, the parties will consider the proposed recommendations and if mutually acceptable, with or without amendments, shall implement the proposed recommendations.
Personal Vehicle Usage. The Employer has sole discretion to determine if an Employee's personal truck (excluding welding rigs) will be rented or if the Employer will provide the Employee transportation from the Assembly Point to the Employee's work location. In order to receive truck rental payments, the Employee must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and sign a truck rental agreement. The Employee must also satisfy a driving records check and comply with all driver/safety policies. Upon execution of a truck rental agreement, the Employee shall receive a minimum rental payment of $65.00 per day. Under no circumstances will truck rental payments be paid if the Employer does not use the Employee's truck for transportation from the Assembly Point to the Employee's work location or other business purpose. This paragraph is not intended in any way to obligate an Employee to use their personal vehicle in lieu of Employer provided transportation as provided for in this Agreement.

An employee who is authorized in compliance with County policy to operate their personal vehicle for County business, and who is requested and voluntarily agrees to use his/her personal vehicle if available for authorized County business, shall be reimbursed at the established County rate per mile or applicable state rate, whichever is greater, and in accordance with County policy for use of said personal vehicle.

Personal Vehicle Usage. The City will not require an employee to use his/her personal vehicle other than to report to the Police Department. For any special assignment, court appearance, or mandatory training/school that is held, the employee will report to the Police Department where either a police vehicle or transportation will be provided excluding court appearances at the LEC or courthouse. It is agreed that if an employee chooses to use his/her personal vehicle to attend a school, court appearance, or training, the employee accepts the responsibility of vehicle insurance and is entitled to receive the IRS mileage rate for all miles driven, including miles driven to the reporting location.
Personal Vehicle Usage. Employees using their own vehicles to travel on Hospital business shall be paid at the current hospital rate. No employee shall be required to transport a patient(s) in their own personal vehicle. Any Employee in subsection 2 above shall receive no less than $2.00 per trip. 4. The federal mileage rate will change and apply starting the 2nd full pay period following the effective date of the changepublication of the new rate.
