Promptly upon transmission thereof, copies of any financial information, proxy materials and other information and reports, if any, which any Credit Party or any of its Subsidiaries (x) has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any successor thereto (the "SEC") or (y) has delivered to holders of, or any agent or trustee with respect to, Indebtedness of any Credit Party or any of its Subsidiaries in its capacity as such a holder, agent, or trustee.
