Common use of Other Reports and Information Clause in Contracts

Other Reports and Information. Promptly upon their becoming available, a copy of (1) all reports, financial statements or other information delivered by the Borrower to its shareholders, (2) all reports, proxy statements, financial statements and other information generally distributed by the Borrower to its creditors or the financial community in general, and (3) any audit or other reports submitted to the Borrower any independent accountants in connection with any annual, interim or special audit of the Borrower.

Other Reports and Information. Promptly upon their becoming availableavailable to the Co-Borrowers, a copy of (1a) all reports, financial statements or other information delivered by the Borrower to its shareholders, (2) all reports, proxy statements, financial statements and other information distributed generally distributed by the Borrower Co-Borrowers, their Subsidiaries and/or Affiliates to its creditors their respective stockholders, partners, bondholders or the financial community in general, and (3b) any audit or all accountants' management letters pertaining to, all other reports submitted to the Borrower any independent by accountants in connection with any annualaudit of, interim or special audit of and all other material reports, if any, from outside accountants with respect to, the BorrowerCo-Borrowers, their Subsidiaries and/or Affiliates.
