Other Reviews.
a. The Agency is subject to periodic review initiated at the discretion and direction of TB/MBC or the Minister. The review may cover such matters relating to the Agency that are determined by TB/MBC or the Minister, and may include the mandate, powers, governance structure and/or operations of the Agency.
b. In requiring a periodic review, the Minister or TB/MBC shall determine the timing and responsibility for conducting the review, the roles of the Chair, the Board of Directors, and the Minister, and how any other parties are involved.
c. A mandate review of the provincial Agency will be conducted at least once every seven years.
d. The Minister will consult the Chair, on behalf of the Board of Directors, as appropriate during any such review.
e. The Chair, Board and the Chief Executive Officer xxxx xxxxxxxxx in any review.
f. In the event of a review initiated at the direction of the Minister, the Minister shall submit any recommendations for change that are developed from the results of the review regarding the Agency to TB/MBC for consideration.

The review may cover such matters relating to the LHIN that are determined by TB/MBC or the Minister, and may include the mandate, powers, governance structure and/or operations of the LHIN.
b. In requiring a periodic review, the Minister or TB/MBC shall determine the timing and responsibility for conducting the review, the roles of the Chair, the Board of Directors, and the Minister, and how any other parties are involved.
c. A mandate review of the LHIN is required once every seven years. The next review will be conducted by 2024.
d. The Minister will consult the Chair, on behalf of the Board of Directors, as appropriate during any such review.
e. The Chair, CEO and the Board will cooperate in any review.

Other Reviews. Merchant reserves the right to periodically review the security of systems that Givex uses to process Merchant Information. Givex will cooperate and provide Merchant with reasonable required information within a reasonable time frame but no more than twenty (20) days from the date of Xxxxxxxx’s request.

Other Reviews. The Contractor shall conduct other reviews as outlined in this section. Notification of an upcoming review and all documentation pertinent to the review shall be submitted to XM at least 10 working days prior to the review, unless provided otherwise in the Contract Terms and Conditions.

Other Reviews. At the request of the Minister, the Board of Directors shall prepare and submit a report on the OEB’s effectiveness in meeting the objectives set out in sections 1, 2 and 2.1 of the Act. The Minister shall then submit the report to the LGIC and table the report in the Legislative Assembly, pursuant to section 128.1 of the Act, The OEB is subject to a mandate review once every six years. The OEB is also subject to periodic reviews initiated at the discretion and direction of TB/MBC or the Minister. The review may cover such matters relating to the OEB that are determined by TB/MBC or the Minister, and may include the mandate, powers, governance structure and/or operations of the OEB. The Parties shall cooperate in any reviews of the OEB.
Other Reviews. Grantee shall prepare and submit to BBG such other reviews and reports on expenditures and obligations as BBG may request on a schedule to be provided periodically by BBG.
