Common use of Other Reviews Clause in Contracts

Other Reviews. β€Œ a. The LHIN is subject to periodic review initiated at the discretion and direction of TB/MBC or the Minister. The review may cover such matters relating to the LHIN that are determined by TB/MBC or the Minister, and may include the mandate, powers, governance structure and/or operations of the LHIN. b. In requiring a periodic review, the Minister or TB/MBC shall determine the timing and responsibility for conducting the review, the roles of the Chair, the Board of Directors, and the Minister, and how any other parties are involved. c. A mandate review of the LHIN is required once every seven years. The next review will be conducted by 2024. d. The Minister will consult the Chair, on behalf of the Board of Directors, as appropriate during any such review. e. The Chair, CEO and the Board will cooperate in any review. f. In the event of a review initiated at the direction of the Minister, the Minister shall submit any recommendations for change that are developed from the results of the review regarding the LHIN to TB/MBC for consideration.
