Other Service. 47.1 Locomotive engineers in Yard or Transfer Service may be used temporarily in any service in the terminal in cases of necessity when their locomotive is required to work in other service or part of the terminal. 47.2 Rover positions may be established based on operational requirements. Rover positions will be assigned duties, which will facilitate train and yard operations. Such positions and duties will be governed by applicable yard rates and conditions.
