Common use of Other Services and Conflicts Clause in Contracts

Other Services and Conflicts. If you and Bank have entered into any other agreement related to additional bank services offered in connection with your Account (“Other Agreement”), this Agreement and the Other Agreement shall be read together as if one agreement. If any term of such Other Agreement conflicts with any term of this Agreement, this Agreement shall control. If any statement that is made by one of our employees, our affiliates’ employees, or by Servicer or Servicer’s employees or affiliates, conflicts with this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.

If you and Bank have entered into any other agreement related to additional bank services offered in connection with your Secured Account or Charge Card Account (“Other Agreement”), this Agreement and the Other Agreement shall be read together as if one agreement. If any term of such Other Agreement conflicts with any term of this Agreement, this Agreement shall control.
