Other Services and Payments. Any other amounts that Customer becomes obligated to pay to EasyHRweb under this Agreement for services such as conversion, training, support or any Additional Services, or as reimbursement for expenses incurred by EasyHRweb, shall be paid within forty-five (45) days of receipt of an invoice for such amount.
