Common use of Other Services Available for Resale Clause in Contracts

Other Services Available for Resale. GTE will provide resold services at retail less the avoided cost discount as defined in Article VI, Section 5.3. Subject to the limitations enumerated in Article VI of this Agreement, the type of resold services made available to NEN are those telecommunication services described in GTE's retail tariffs, as amended from time to time. Any new retail services that GTE offers in such tariffs to customers who are not telecommunications carriers may also be available to NEN for resale under the same terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

Other Services Available for Resale. GTE will provide resold services at retail less the avoided cost discount as defined in Article VI, Section 5.3. Subject to the limitations enumerated in Article VI of this Agreement, the type of resold services made available to NEN US Dial Tone are those telecommunication services described in GTE's retail tariffs, as amended from time to time. Any new retail services that GTE offers in such tariffs to customers who are not telecommunications carriers may also be available to NEN US Dial Tone for resale under the same terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

Other Services Available for Resale. GTE will provide resold services at retail less the avoided cost discount as defined in Article VIV, Section 5.3. Subject to the limitations enumerated in Article VI V of this Agreement, the type of resold services made available to NEN First Choice are those telecommunication services described in GTE's retail tariffs, as amended from time to time. Any new retail services that GTE offers in such tariffs to customers who are not telecommunications carriers may also be available to NEN First Choice for resale under the same terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

Other Services Available for Resale. GTE will provide resold services at retail less the avoided cost discount as defined in Article VI, Section 5.3. Subject to the limitations enumerated in Article VI of this Agreement, the type of resold services made available to NEN NEWSOUTH are those telecommunication services described in GTE's retail tariffs, as amended from time to time. Any new retail services that GTE offers in such tariffs to customers who are not telecommunications carriers may also be available to NEN NEWSOUTH for resale under the same terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
