Common use of Other Services Available for Resale Clause in Contracts

Other Services Available for Resale. GTE will provide resold services at retail less the avoided cost discount as defined in Article VI, Section 5.3. Subject to the limitations enumerated in Article VI of this Agreement, the type of resold services made available to MEBTEL are those telecommunication services described in GTE's retail tariffs, as amended from time to time. Any new retail services that GTE offers in such tariffs to customers who are not telecommunications carriers may also be available to MEBTEL for resale under the same terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

Subject to the limitations enumerated in Article VI V of this Agreement, the type of resold services made available to MEBTEL USTELCOM are those telecommunication services described in GTE's retail tariffs, as amended from time to time. Any new retail services that GTE offers in such tariffs to customers who are not telecommunications carriers may also be available to MEBTEL USTELCOM for resale under the same terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

Subject to the limitations enumerated in Article VI V of this Agreement, the type of resold services made available to MEBTEL USX are those telecommunication services described in GTE's retail tariffs, as amended from time to time. Any new retail services that GTE offers in such tariffs to customers who are not telecommunications carriers may shall, except as otherwise provided herein, also be available to MEBTEL USX for resale under the same terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
