Common use of Other Terms and Conditions of Employment Clause in Contracts

Other Terms and Conditions of Employment. The City Council, in consultation with the Employee, shall fix any such other terms and conditions of employment, as it may determine from time to time related to the performance of Employee, provided such terms and conditions are not inconsistent with or in conflict with the provisions of this Agreement, the City Charter, City Ordinances, and/or any other law.

Other Terms and Conditions of Employment. The City Council, in consultation with the EmployeeCITY CLERK, shall fix any such other terms and conditions of employment, as it may determine from time to time related time, relating to the performance of EmployeeCITY CLERK, provided such terms and conditions are not inconsistent with or in conflict with the provisions of this Agreement, the Petaluma City Charter, City Ordinances, and/or the Petaluma Municipal Code or any other applicable state or federal law.
