Other Terms Remain in Effect. Except to the extent expressly amended by this Agreement, the Stock Options shall remain subject to all of the terms and conditions applicable to them immediately prior to the execution of this Agreement.

From and after the Effective Date of this Fourth Amendment, for purposes of the Collaboration Agreement, the term “Agreement” shall be deemed to mean the Collaboration Agreement as amended by the First Amendment and the Second Amendment and the Third Amendment and this Fourth Amendment.
Other Terms Remain in Effect. All other terms of the Purchase Agreement, First Amendment and Second Amendment will remain in full force and effect, except as specifically modified by this Third Amendment.
