At the full discretion of the Task Order issuing agency OCO, any Labor Category Type indicated in Section B.6.1 may be used and applied to all other contract types for any Task Order issued under this Master Contract, including Cost-Reimbursement and Fixed-price Task Orders or Cost- Reimbursement and Fixed-price CLINS in Task Orders with multiple contract types; however, the Contractor’s labor category’s Maximum Rates established from this Master Contract will not apply. Ceiling rates or fixed rates on individual labor categories within a Task Order will be established between the Contractor and the issuing agency OCO. Task Order Ceiling or fixed rates will not change the Contractor’s Maximum Rates in the Master Contract.
