Other Utilities. The City will provide solid waste and recycling services within the District for the same rates, in the same manner, on the same terms and conditions, and subject to the same regulations and ordinances, as amended, that the City provides solid waste and recycling services to other customers inside its corporate limits. The District will have no liability for charges for such services except for charges for services provided to the District, if any. The Developer will have the right to select the providers of cable television, gas, telephone, telecommunications, and all other utilities and services, or to provide “bundled” utilities within the Land.
