Other Vacation Requests. For all non-priority vacation requests after January 31, the following procedure will apply: Requests for vacation leave shall be made at least ten (10) working days prior to the starting date of the vacation leave. An employee shall be allowed to request leaves ofless than one (1) week in length, with approval of their supervisor, with less than ten (10) working days notice. An employee may be denied the requested leave dates if it would cause an unusual disruption of work. All vacation leave shall be taken in blocks of at least one-quarter (1/4) hour.
