Common use of Other Ventures Clause in Contracts

Other Ventures. (l) It is expressly agreed that each Member, and any Affiliates, officers, directors, trustees, managers, stockholders, members, partners or employees of such Member, may engage in other business ventures of every nature and description, whether or not in competition with the Company, independently or with others, and neither the Company nor the other Members shall have any rights in and to any independent venture or activity or the income or profits derived therefrom; the pursuit of other ventures and activities by any such Person is hereby consented to by each Member and shall not be deemed wrongful or improper.

Other Ventures. (la) It is expressly agreed that each Initial Member, and any Affiliates, officers, directors, trustees, managers, stockholders, members, partners or employees of such Initial Member, may engage in other business ventures of every nature and description, whether or not in competition with the Company, independently or with others, and neither the Company nor the other Members shall have any rights in and to any independent venture or activity or the income or profits derived therefrom; the pursuit of other ventures and activities by any such Person is hereby consented to by each Member and shall not be deemed wrongful or improper.
