Common use of Other Ventures Clause in Contracts

Other Ventures. It is expressly agreed that the Member, any Special Member, any Manager and any Affiliates, officers, directors, managers, stockholders, partners or employees of the Member, any Special Member or any Manager, may engage in other business ventures of every nature and description, whether or not in competition with the Company, independently or with others, and the Company shall not have any rights in and to any independent venture or activity or the income or profits derived therefrom.

Other Ventures. It is expressly agreed that the Member, any Special Member, any Manager and any Affiliates, officers, directors, managers, stockholdersmembers, partners or employees of the Member, any Special Member or any Manager, may engage in other business ventures of every nature and description, whether or not in competition with the Company, independently or with others, and the Company shall not have any rights in and to any independent venture or activity or the income or profits derived therefrom.

It Notwithstanding any other provision at law or in equity, it is expressly agreed that the Member, any Special Member, any Manager and any Affiliates, officers, directors, managers, stockholders, partners or employees of the Member, any Special Member or any Manager, may engage in other business ventures of every nature and description, whether or not in competition with the Company, independently or with others, and the Company shall not have any rights in and to any independent venture or activity or the income or profits derived therefrom.
